At Winners for Life, we help parents raise confident leaders and adults reach their true potential! Since 1969, ATA Martial Arts has provided its members with a road map to success through self-defense, confidence, and goal-setting skills.

We have programs to suit all your family needs. We offer martial arts training to pre-school age children (3-6 years old) through our ATA Tigers Program.

Both our Kids and Adult classes are designed to meet your body, mind and spirit needs.
Karate Kids Program
Our Karate for Kids Program covers training for older kids (7-12) and we even have classes specifically designed for teenagers and adults!
